3. Booking and Payment

3.1 Reservations

All tour bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. A booking is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and written confirmation from us.

3.2 Payment Terms

• Full payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise specified
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

4.1 Customer Cancellation

• 48+ hours before tour: Full refund
• 24-48 hours before tour: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund

4.2 Company Cancellation

We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, safety concerns, or insufficient bookings. In such cases, customers will receive a full refund or alternative tour date.

5. Customer Responsibilities

Customers agree to:

• Arrive on time for scheduled tours
• Follow guide instructions and safety guidelines
• Respect local customs and other participants
• Inform us of any medical conditions or special requirements
• Bring appropriate clothing and equipment as advised

6. Health and Safety

Participation in tours is at your own risk. We strongly recommend appropriate travel insurance. Customers with medical conditions should consult their physician before participating.

7. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the tour. We are not responsible for:

• Personal injury or property damage
• Trip delays or cancellations due to circumstances beyond our control
• Third-party services or vendors
• Individual choices made during tours

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and tour materials, is protected by copyright and trademark laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

9. Photography and Marketing

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed for marketing purposes unless you explicitly opt out. Images may be used on our website, social media, and promotional materials.
